Matt Bastian
Schooling:	After graduating from high school in Henry, SD I attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. I graduated in May of 2001 with my teaching degree in Mathematics. I have endorsements in 7-12 History, Sociology, Psychology and Drivers Education. I am also certified to teach 5-8 middle level education with middle level endorsements in Math, Social Studies and Language arts, and K-12 Physical Education.
Work:	I have been teaching in Milbank since the fall of 2001 and have enjoyed my experience here. The students are fun and the staff is enjoyable to work with. My teaching assignments are High School Algebra I and Geometry. My extra duties include being an assistant football coach and the head boys basketball coach.
Everything else:	My wife, Melissa, teaches at the Milbank Middle school. She teaches 6th and 8th grade Science. We have two daughters; Harper (2009) and Hadley (2011)and a son; Quinn (2013).
